corriger mon texte [anglais]

Post by janana »

:-o
quelqu'un peut-il vérifier si mon anglais est correct, s'il vous plaît ?

My first experience as politic journalist was during the war in ex-Yugoslavia. I got six years experience. There I built strength conviction that peace is the most important value to help people for living better. I saw and testimony of the work of DPKN in Kosovo. I would be proud to become one of yours.

Several influent media delegated me authority to draft and analyse events relating to political issues in that area. I am a highly motivated and confident professional with a proven media release. To prepare my article I’m able to research information from a wide variety of sources: press, communications, publications, institutions, government, military, NGO’s bodies and civilian. I also do interview with the big sense of listening and understanding. On the field, sometimes I brief some journalists who just come in the area. Working on television I assist the chief editor for the news doing background papers or talking points at the news conference. There, as a TV editor I also monitoring political, socio-economic, and other politically relevant developments from the international community. I feel confident that my previous experience working as political journalist will enable me to quickly contribute to your Political Affairs Office.

My University degree “Bachelors in political science” gave me a strong capacity for analysing and good understanding of political sciences especially international relations. I have an analytical mind with ability to identify problems, i.e., political, ethnic, racial, social, economic, etc., causing civil unrest in a country or geographic area. That was the case when I’ve worked on the field in Serbia, also in Afghanistan and in the TV-RFO where I worked with different ultramarine’s communities. Analysing social facts about current political events, trends, issues and people, create reports for broadcast , identify the sources, enquiries, analysis, collect, process, and synthesise data’s from the field. As usually but particularly when I travelled in Afghanistan, I plan and organise with the ability to establish priorities and to plan, co-ordinate and monitor own work plan, even in conflict (Kosovo, Afghanistan). I’m a self motivated person, tenacious and resourceful, working on own initiative or as a strong and effective team member. My good interpersonal skills permitted me to manage professional relationship with international staff like in Kosovo with the UNMIK, NATO, HCR, and met a lot of government bodies making interviews (in Serbia for example General Vuk Obradovic, one the opponent of S. Milosevic), but also in Afghanistan where one of those was the representative of the UN office for drug control and crime prevention. In Peshawar, in refugees camps “Jaloused”, I collected personal testimony, and people get confident with me because I have sensitivity and respect for all people whatever national and cultural backgrounds. I have excellent people communication (writing / speaking) and negotiations skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationship across all level, developing a real understanding of human and partner’s needs.

My mother tong is French and Serb, I’m fluently speaking and writing English.

I am eager to apply my background and strengths to the Peace I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to further discuss how my qualifications match the associate political affairs officer position. You can reach by email: jsnejana [...@...] yahoo [point, F, R] or cell phone: 00 33 6 21 36 45 35. I thank you for reviewing my application.

Bonjour Janana

J'ai amélioré ton texte ci-dessous. Il y avait quelques petites fautes, rien de grave. Commentaires et modifs majeures en rouge. L'orthographe est parfaite.
