I am a junior translator and I would like to know how have you compensated the loss of Eurodicautom? Which other tools do you use? I am familiar with other dictionnaries but they are not as complete as Eurodicautom used to be. What do you think of IATE?
Thanks for your answers.
How do you work without Eurodicautom?

Didn't IATE succeed Eurodicautom? As far as I can tell, the database is identical, it's just a different 'skin'

Yes, IATE is the same as Eurodicautom.
Second, this part of the forum is French speaking, I think your posting will be moved to the English section.
Third, you don't tell us what your working languages are, so we can hardly be of any help.
In any case, I strongly recommend that you find alternatives to IATE. It's a great tool, but just as all free resources, no one can be sure it won't be removed some day. So you'd better have something else in store.
