Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'indiquer ou me coriger directement les fautes que j'ai faite dans cette letter of apology

Dear Mr Dupont,

I am writing to apologize for this morning, I completely forgot our appointement concerning my orientation, I do not know if you will accept my apologies but I would like to have another chance to talk about my future.
If you accepted I would glad to meet you this time.
Regarding our new appointment, if it will existed, may I propose you tomorow ?

en fait, ce n'est pas du bon anglais, et c'est trop, c'est comme si tu imposes le nouveau RV - c'est un bon moyen d'agacer encore ton interlocuteur

si tu veux quand même proposer une date, il faudrait quelque chose plus soft
