can we say here "provided for that " or " provided for that purpose"

here is context :

 Saisir la description du cursus dans le champ texte « Description » prévu à cet effet

I would say something like:

Pour moi "corresponding" ou "appropriate" implique qu'il y a plusieurs champs "Description"
