we couldn't work out any solution. if someone wants our opinion, we think it is gibberish, or it's simply not in Sanskrit.
the only "coherent" word we can read is "kSapaa" (kSa paa - क्षपा), which means "night". there is also a word, "satpa" (सत्प), which could be "sapta" ("seven") misspelt, or a portion of the word "satpatha", which could mean "good path", or "good conduct".
another word here, "bhaya" (भय), can mean "fear".
anyway, none of these words (except "kSapaa") could be part of a sentence, because they're not declined properly.
