How to add a .wb list to the program?

Hi all!
i have a little problem. i was working since time ago with freelang dictionary, and creating and modifying some lists in my pc. but one day it stopped to work. I have re-install it again, and i have the old .wb but i m unable to add them to the new dictionary,
what should I do? can anybody help me please?
