"JEG ER GLAD I DEG" can be used in 2 ways:
1) Almost as "I love you"
You tell someone that you care for them very much, but not ready to
use the word love (the "next-step" would be to use the word love)
2) As "I am fond of you"
Generally used to tell friends that you care for them. Can not be used between men.
