Urgent: Can anybody help translate a short letter for Haiti?

Hello, I am director of a childrens charity - we are sending boxes of toys and games to children in Unicef camps in haiti. The boxes are created by school children in Spain, and include a short letter, which needs to be translated into Haitian Creole.Can anybody help? The letter is as follows:- "Hello, I prepared this box with much love for you. My name is (name of child) I am ....years old, and I attend (name of school) school in Spain. I hope things get better for you very soon. Kisses."
