Names/Words/Phrases, translated please?

Post by River Song »

I'm trying to get some names/words/phrases translated into as many languages as possible, including constructed languages like Klingon, Elven, etc and ancient languages as well (typed, hand-written/scanned, posted to me on a peice of paper, anything would be great!)
If anyone happens to know how to write them in hieroglyphics, you are my hero!
My email is carson.beckett @ gmail.com :)
Direct translation or a name translation based on the meaning will work fine.
My apologies for any mistakes made, I got these meanings from baby name books...

Just the words in bold please.

Louise Anne McCulloch (my personal name)
Louise: (Old) German/English, "famous warrior", "famous woman warrior", "glorious battle"
Anne: Hebrew, "grace of God", "favoured grace", "gracious, graceful, mercy"
McCulloch: Scottish surname

Robert Carlyle (my favourite actor)
Robert: (Old) English/Old German, "bright fame", "fame bright", "famous brilliance"
Carlyle: (Old) English, "from the fortified town"; Celtic "fortress of Luel"

River Song (my role-play character, it's good to have her name written in other languages for badges, fictional paperwork, etc)
River: English, "river"; Latin/French, "stream, water"
Song: English, "chorus, melody"

Nicholas Rush (my favourite tv character)
Nicholas: Greek, "people of victory", "Victory Of The People"
Rush: Old English, "dweller by the rushes"; English/French, "red-haired"

Random Names/Phrases
David: Hebrew, "beloved"
Daralis: Old English, "beloved"
Ruby: Female - Latin, "red"; French, "jewel"
Dusan: Male - Czech/Slovak, "spirit, soul"; Illyrian, "happy"; Slavic, "Lord and judge"
Kaveh: Male - Persian, "ancient hero", a character in Shahnameh (a Great Hero), Heroic mythical persian ironsmith
Professor of Archaeology
Doctor (you can extend it to Doctor of Science if you feel like it)
Time Lord or "Lord of Time"
Destiny used as a name, not a concept
TARDIS "ship of time" would work as a meaning for this one?
