Cos'è caduto?
oups... sub... ça veut dire : qu'est-ce qui est tombé ça... tu voulais surement dire "cos'è accaduto" mais je pense que la traduction de "what's the matter" est plutot:
[better if you translate in italian with:]
"cos'è successo"
Pile ou face?

Oh, thanks for the correction! I wasn't sure of that translation : it sounds
too specific to me. But normally, I'm saying
che cosa c'è? I don't think it
would be an adequate translation, because I have a doubt. Anyway, let's
go with yours

In Brazilian Portuguese :
Qual o problema? (lit. "What is the matter (problem)?")
O que aconteceu? (lit. "What happened?")
Merci de corriger notre français si nécessaire.

CZ : co se děje
SK : čo sa deje
You may feel alone when you’re falling asleep
And every time tears roll down your cheeks
But I know your heart belongs to someone you’ve yet to meet
Someday you will be loved

In Greek :
"What's the matter?" :"Τι τρέχει ?" ["Ti trechi?"] and it's mostly informal
or
"Τι συμβαίνει ?" ["Ti simveni?"] (formal)
Sometimes though,we also say "Τι έγινε?"[Ti egine?] but it's translated mostly as "What has happened ?"
