Re: English to breton, help
Ah, thanks Olivier, that's very useful! Unfortunately it seems that part hasn't been published online yet. But my friend has Bibles in Breton, it shouldn't take him long to find them!

Maïwenn, I understand that your priest friend has been busy. Whenever he can translate the blessing into Breton, it will be greatly appreciated.
"Oliver" has sent several translations of the Numbers passage, which I appreciate, but I really need a Breton translation. I have tried to find a 'le cote' translation as he suggested, but to no avail. Thanks for trying and contributing, Oliver

And finally, here it is!
"Ra venigo ahanout an Aotrou, ha ra viro ahanout !
Ra sklaeraio an Aotrou e zremm warnout, ha ra druezo ouzit !
Ra savo an Aotrou e zremm warnout, ra gaso dit ar peoh !
Amen"
From one of the few translated version of the Old Testament.

How wonderful you are. Please thank your priest-friend for all of his help. As I continue to write, I hope that I can ask you again for a few phrases or short sentence translation. Thank you so very much, Lue
