This message is aimed at all the blacks persons. Through these words, we can see ha was a vitim of discrimination and racism during his career. The blacks are still and always badly received,, they constitute a category to part. Even if people doesn't show it explicity, they remain hypocritical and have prejudices defined well to these people of differents colours. For the whites, the blacksare more violent and less intelligent and hardworkink. The whites doesn't judge the blacks in their just value. To make a success of career is possible but it will be nevertheless always injustices which are more or less disressing for people who want it a lot. It is not necessary ti be made of illusion, the blacks can not reach the height they arise from a different culture and values compared with whites. This message means clearly that it doen't much matter the competence, the blacks are every victims of discriminations
