need the meaning of a korean name

Post by chandra »

My husband's mother was named Myung. She was korean and is now deceased. We have given our daughter her name as a middle name, and I would like to know the meaning of it.

Thanks for your help.

'Myung' is a single character with multiple meanings. When it is used in a name, mostly it means 'bright'
