a sign written in arabic. i need to know what it means

i need someone to translate a sign in arabic that came out on aol news. it is in arabic and i cant write arabic or read it and it wont copy to this page. anyone please email me at a4773492@aol.com and i will send a copy of the pic it appeared in. i need to know what this means and how to say it in arabic too. or how to write it with english letters anyhow. anyone please help. i dont have the URL for the image or i would post it here. when i went back to find it, aol had already put other news up and it was gone. i saved the image in an email though and i can send it to who ever can help with this.

Where are all of the arabic speaking people at in here? My luck can't be that bad now. lol Uru speaking people are harder to find and I see them in here too. Heeeelllllp please. lol main urdu baat kar sakti hum leiken read and write nahin kar sakti hum. lol Aap log help please.

If you can read Urdu, you can read Arabic. I just need someone to pronounce to me (writing out the diffierent phonetic sounds) the words in that sign. I can find out from there the meanings.
