I speak Polish and Russian, so I understand Ukrainian pretty well. To me Ukrainian sounds just like a mix of Polish and Russian!

The sentence you wrote means (literally) "My things went well / are ok, how about yours?".
If "sprava" is used figuratively, it probably means "Everything's fine with me, how are things for you?". Otherwise the literal meaning of "sprava" is "matter, question, affair, business, point, issue".
