Help with Ukrainian ?

Post by Anthony »

Hello...Can someone help me with the following: Moi spravy garno, a yak tvoi?
I'm sure it's Ukrainian, but not in the Cyrillic form.

Thanks......Anthony :)

You have a Ukrainian-French translator at http://www.freelang.net/phpfr/usr_contact.php3
Submit your sentence and post the French sentence here so that we translate it into English.
Fair enough? :)

I speak Polish and Russian, so I understand Ukrainian pretty well. To me Ukrainian sounds just like a mix of Polish and Russian! ;) The sentence you wrote means (literally) "My things went well / are ok, how about yours?".

If "sprava" is used figuratively, it probably means "Everything's fine with me, how are things for you?". Otherwise the literal meaning of "sprava" is "matter, question, affair, business, point, issue".
