It's definitevely not polish it's checz. In polish the same sentence is written
" troche rozumiem " which means the same and is pretty close.
In fact czech, russian and polish languages have many
things in common as well in writing or pronounciation.
A funny story about it : i was working in a company that employed
polish and czech drivers.
I had to fill documents needed for the road back.
With polish there was no understanding problem.
But once there was a czech driver who came to fill the documents ( CMR if someone knows ).
As i don't speak czech of course, i asked him if he speaks
english : he said no. Then i asked : polski ? ( polish ) and he said yes.
So i was there talking to him in polish and he in czech without any problems.
