Its just part of a sentence; "with the tires eyes of faith,"

I wasn't sure if any of the grammar would be different because it's just a half sentence.

It depends whether the word "with" means "together with" (even figuratively), or introduces a manner complement. It must be the second one, but, in other words, it depends on the first part of the sentence.

litteraly : cum fessis oculis fidei

and probably : fessis oculis fidei (or, perhaps better : fessis fidei oculis).

with is like "to see with" so if any of those are correct just let me know which one.
