signing contract ceremony

As shown in the subject the phrase "signing contract ceremony". Is it grammatically correct when a two companies held a ceremony for signing a sales contract with each other, and they made a banner with the said phrase? I think it must be "Contract signing ceremony". isn't it? Please help clarify it for me, so that I can use it as reference in the future.

I would say Contract signing ceremony. Signing contract ceremony sounds like you are signing the contract ceremony and not celebrates the signing of the contract.

I would go one further and say "Contract-signing Ceremony", but I am not absolutely sure of this. The dash, as I understand it, indicates that the first two words are an adjectival group describing the ceremony.

i.e. it is NOT that the contract is signing the ceremony, but rather
that the ceremony is one of contract-signing.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

You know, I saw one more phrase of the same mistake, it is an advertisement to invite the public to learn an English course, They put it this way "Grammar For Enhancing English Writing Proficiency" What do you think about it then? Kindly help correct it again.
