English to Scotts Gaelic anyone?

Hi folks.

Can anyone translate the phrase "Blood of the best" into Scottish Gaelic for me? Also, if there are gaelic translations of any of these names, I'd like them as well. Jane, Donald, Kenneth and Mara.

Blood of the best > do you mean "the blood of the best man" ? > fuil an fhir as fheàrr

If you mean another thing, ask me again, and explain me exaclty what you mean and what is the context.

For the names: Jane = Sìne
Donald = Dòmhnall
Kenneth = Coinneach
Mara = ??? Is it a form for Mary? Mary is Màiri in Scots Gaelic. I don't know the name Mara in English.

Wow, you're awesome! I was begining to think nobody would reply.

This is for a piece of art I was commissioned to design. I believe the context is a tribute to the client's family members, a declaration that he is descended from "the blood of the best" I'm fairly sure he means "The best people" or something to that effect.

I don't know the origins of the name Mara, but judging from what I know of the guy, it may be Italian. I don't know if that helps at all.

Maybe the best blood = an fhuil as fheàrr
The blood of the best people = fuil an dream as fheàrr.

Mara... i really don't know. If it's a form of Mary, then it's be said Màiri, otherwise i don't know.
