The total amount is also told in euros but you can change it to Usdollars by simply using hte daily conversion rates that can be found on the banks homepages. Change the euros to Usdollars by multiplying that total amount with the conversion rate of your order day.
Example:
If the total amount of your order is 20 and since today (15.1.2004) the conversion rate is 1,2635 the total amount in Usdollars would be 1,2635 * 20 euros = 25,27 Usdollars. Because we can't accept coins you have to round the sum up. So the total amount is USdollars would be 26 Usdollars.
How To Order

Ordering is very easy. Just navigate the pages, find products you like and add them in your shopping cart by clicking "Add To Cart" -button located right side of the products. When you've added all wanted products in your shopping cart click "Pay The Order" -button. Now you will be asked to type your, name / address information, e-mail, payment method and delivery method (priority (faster) or economy (slower)). After giving all the asked informationand accepted your order the program will immediately send you a confirmation e-mail which includes the informatin of your order, instructions for paying your order and a link to the page which allows you to follow the process of your order. From this page you can check if your order has been posted or cancel your order if you like.
If you'll choose payment method "Directly To Account" or "Credit Card" you have to make the payment for your order before we'll post your order. When we'll see your payment in our account or your letter payment arrives we'll handle your order on next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). When your order is handled you'll get an e-mail which informs you about it.
If you'll choose delivery method "Cash On Delivery" (NOTE! ONLY AVAILABLE CUSTOMERS LIVING IN FINLAND) your order will be posted on a next handling day (check Delivery Time). When your order has been handled you'll get an e-mail which informs you about it.
Paying You Order

Always remember to mention your delivery number and e-mail in your payment. If possible mention also your name, address and ordered products.
If you live outside Finland you have 2 options for paying your order.
Directly In Account
In e-mail which we'll send you right after you've made your order we'll tell you our bank information and total amount of your order. With these information you can make the payment in your netbank (incase you have a netbank) or make the payment in your bank office.
If you'll live outside EU-area we have to charge you 6,73 euros for our bank fee. If this bank fee won't be taken from us we'll return this money nack to you with your order.
Credit Card
In e-mail which we'll send you right after you've made your order we'll tell you the total amount of your order and give you a link to the credit card payment page. This page is very well secured so you can type your credit card information without concern of someone getting their hands in to them.
If you live inside Finland you also have possibility to pay your order on cash on delivery.
Cash On Delivery
When we'll get your "Cash On Delivery" -order we'll handle it on the next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). When you'll order arrives in your post they will send you a note about it and you can pick it up.
Shipping Costs

We only charge the REAL shipping costs from our customers. This is possible because of our shipping cost -calculator. When you'll make the order and give the asked information the program will automaticly calculate your shipping costs and tell them to you. After this you can either accept your order or cancel it.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is counted from the handling day. Handling day is the day when we'll pack your order. That don´t always mean that we also post your order then. We try to post orders once every week.

We naturally won't post product if we see that it's broken but if for some reason you'll get a broken product we will change it to good one without any cost (Check Returning The Product).

Include a note with the product which tells your delivery number, e-mail, name/address information and reason for returning the product. Also tell us if you want us to send you a new product or if you'd like to get your money back. Returning a product has to be done immediately after receiving it.
You can return the product even if there wasn't anything wrong with it. Returning has to be done within 14 days after receiving it.
