help with written Polish

I am seeking a Polish friend female which may turn into more.I am 45 year old and born in the U.K with a Polish Father-however i have lost my writen skills and only can understand the spoken word.
I want help to place a add in a local polish paper or soem tips on what type of words can be used to court a Polish lady.Any help would be nice.
