lucrare de diploma

bacalaureat

neincorporabil pe timp de pace/inapt pe timp de pace

unrecruitable in peacetime / unfit in peacetime (not pretty sure for the unfit, maybe another meaning in romanian i didn't catch?)

Lucrare de diploma is NOT certificate! It is the dissertation / paper that students must defend in order to become graduates.

Diploma Paper sounds alright to me. Some call it dissertation. But I would still go for Diploma Paper.
