Actually, I am not Chinese. But for some reasons, I am interested in both mandarin and cantonese.

sorry,i was typin chinese,for my laziness,i didn;t transfer the input.so i have to type in capitals

It doesn't have anything to do with Harry Potter, actually. It's a non-written rule. CAPITALS indicate shouting, or generally aggressive comments. It is frowned upon in many places, and writing in ALL-CAPS will even get you banned in some forums or IRC channels, for example.

Cases in which it is okay (though not recommended) to use ALL-CAPS is when you're either angry or very very happy.
Example wrote:ARRRRRGH THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! >_<
Example 2 wrote:OMG YEAH I DID IT!! :D
Although the examples above also express a tad of n00bness... Anyways.

So... I suggest you avoid this laziness you mentioned, and change to lowercase letters upon switching from Chinese to English. ;)

ahh....so it is coz the gals are so crazy about harry potter that they write in capital and also to make it more shocking so that's why they say"MARRY ME"..rite?lol :loljump:

Ceci dit, Ich denke nicht est possible dans un cas particulier:

"Je pense" que A "n'est pas" => Ich denke: nicht.
On fait l'élipse de A, ce dont il est question dans la conversation, et on accolle juste l'expression de l'opinion (ich denke), et l'expression de la réprobation (nicht) de l'énoncé A omis.

Désolé pour le HS, c'est juste pour montrer qu'on est à des années lumières de l'anglais I don't think so.
