思わない - omowanai (neutral form).

思いません - omoimasen (polite form).

French is : Je ne crois pas or Je ne pense pas ça.

In Quebec, "je ne pense pas" is often pronounced [zh'pãs poh] (the "ne" is totally ommited, and the pronoun is attached to the verb). :P

Another way to say it in French is to use the conditional, "je ne penserais pas" (I wouldn't think so).

In Arabic :
لا أعتقد ذلك = la a'taqidu thalik ( th like in "these", not like in "think" )

or :
لا أظن ذلك= la azzonnu thalik

I'm not sure how to write Arabic pronunciation in English, anyway it would be difficult to pronounce.
