Latin - Plural of Scelus

Post by NanakiXIII »

Could someone tell me what the plural of scelus is? It's summer holidays so my latin is rusty and I can't find it anywhere.

And while I'm at it, is the plural of virtus 'virtutes' ?

Also, could someone tell me how you would, in Latin, say "That which I hear" or "That which is heard"? I think it can be one in one word but I can't remember what that is called.

The plural of scelus is scelera. It's neutre.
As for virtus, it's indeed virtutes, since this word is feminine.

When you say "That which I hear", I suppose you mean "What I hear", this is shorter and sounds better in both languages I think. :)

So I'd say :
"What I hear" : "Quod audio".
"What is heard" : "Quod auditur".
