Hello. What English Canadian, French Canadian terms and slang do they use for:

tough guys
tomboys
first-raters.

Hello JGoldman10,
I only know what we say for tomboys (in Quebec french) :
Garçons manqués
or
tomboy (only used as an adjective : « she is very tomboy » - familiar)
or
P'tits gars manqués (familiar)

JGoldman10, I've noticed you have quite an interest in these types of words in different english dialects (if i may call them dialects).. I'm intrigued as to why ?

I think he asked if there are British slangs in Canadian English. Hmm, I don't think so... even if there are some Canadianisms (and Quebecisms for Canadian French), like the word tuque

Ok! So, my answer for tomboy in canadian or quebec french is still good. You can use « Ti-gars manqués » instead of « P'tits gars manqués » as a familiar (slang) form, that will sound more authentic.
