There is already a list on the website but I checked : there is no Korean translation inside,I will ask a Korean friend for this.

생일 축하합니다 (saengil chuk hahamnida) or 생일 축하해요 (saengil chuk hahaeyo).

Both.
The first is more polite, so better to use when you don't really know the person.
