Hello forum,
I am needing to understand how to orally introduce persons in Haitian Creole: "what is your/his/her name?" and "my/his/her name is (x)."
Piecing together words from the dictionary, I think "what is your/his/her name?" might look like "kisa ? ou/?/li prenom?" and "my/his/her name is (x)" would look like "mwen/?/li prenom ? (?)." As you might be able to deduce, I can't find the words for "is" or "his," and I'm not sure if the syntax is correct.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

in case anyone is in a similar situation...
If anyone is needing english-creole translations, the only free site I found helpful is www.kreyol.com. The phrase listing is better than the dictionary; from that I was able to piece together:
What is your name?
Kouman ou rele?
What is his/her name?
Kouman li rele?
My name is x
M rele...
His/Her name is x
Li rele
