SANSKRIT TRANSLATION FOR TATTOO , PLEASE

Hello, i want to make a tattoo in sanskrit with the following text:

In loving memory of Hans 1956 - 2005

This is the translation that i got from a translator but i want to make sure that it is the right translation:

हॅन्समहाशयस्य प्रेममयस्मृत्यर्थम् १९५६ - २००५

Can somebody please help me with this
