There is no direct equivalent of kite in Sanskrit.
The folowing is a composite word meaning
a small cart holding wind or air.
वातशकटिक

Font displaying depends on what you installed on your system. For example on Windows it works if you install support for all charset, at least sanskrit.

Some visitors of your site probably won't see the font.
To make an image of what you see on the forum, just use Print Screen key on your keyboard, or you can find some screen capture softwares.

vātaśakaṭika

vaatashakaTika
thank you, Vikr.

so, here follows the decomposition of this word (someone correct us if we are wrong):

वातशकटिक (vaatashakaTika).

vaata = wind.
shakaTika = diminutive of shakaTa (cart) = small cart.

"a small cart holding wind or air".

salutations,
Merci de corriger notre français si nécessaire.
