Would anybody by chance know what 'Sie hat Was Vermisst' means?

Consider that German and English tense systems are quite different, without more information it is impossible to know which tense to use in English. Anyway, just to give you an idea, a possible translation is: "she's been wanting for something".

or rather: she (has) missed something (almost any other past tense is also possible)
