"What goes around, comes around"

the expression "what goes around, comes around" has to do with karma, and is saying that when someone does bad things, bad things happen to this person, like karma: if there is a cause, there is an effect, like the laws of physics state, for every action there is an equal reaction.

so we think a good contextual Sanskrit translation for this expression could be:

पुराकर्याणि न नश्यन्ति - puraakaryaaNi na nashyanti - past actions cannot be erased.

Just out of curiosity, and because I don't know much about these languages, I was curious to know why Sanskrit & what looks like Tibetan Sanskrit or script, look so similar yet they have a distinct difference in just their physical look. It's kind of hard for me to explain, but, I thought I'd ask you since you are knowledgable about this and have been kind enough to help me with translations.

Would you be so kind as to translate the below quote into Tibetan Sanskrit or script (my apologies, I'm sure I'm not using the proper term) so that I may compare it to the one you gave me below?

well, we could help you with Sanskrit, but, unfortunately, we can't help you with Tibetan... we don't know this language.
Tibetan alphabet and Sanskrit alphabet are, indeed, similar. that's because the Tibetan alphabet is based on the Sanskrit alphabet (called Devanaagarii, with means "the alphabet of the city of God.".).
