Dialogue à traduire pour demain en anglais svp

J'ai un devoirs à rendre pour demain, j'ai réussi a l'écrire en français, mais l'anglais me pose quelques soucis, j'aurais voulu savoir si il était possible que vous me corrigiez mes fautes
Le texte est un dialogue entre un avocat et son client, il fallait inventer une affaire que l'avocat ne puisse pas defendre :

Par compte j'ai modifié un peu les choses j'ai reessayé de refaire une autre traduction qui me semble mieux que la premiere, qu'en pensez vous ?
