English to Cheyenne Indian

I downloaded the dictionary but after the Cheyenne words there are things in parenthesis. What do they mean? I also need to say "A stranger is coming" So far I have:

Na hestoetane [is coming.] Is Na correct for A?

I'm writing a story in which I'm using the Cheyenne language, plus I am part Cheyenne indian and it would be an interesting language to begin to learn. I just hope I'm pronouncing everything right! Heh

Amahtá. Na hestoetane is coming. I ho'h tata'e néhe kâsováahéhame hotómá'e a ováxe.

My attempt at:
Yes. A stranger (male) is coming. I have seen the young man inside a dream.

I need a translation for:
He will not take me.
