English to Breton and/or Basque

I'm trying to translate some website features in Breton and Basque(among others). I've tried with dictionaries but I just can't translate any longer passages. Here they are, if anyone wants to take a shot at it:

We have been awarded the task of populating a number of websites, due to launch during the next few months, with information and photographic images relevant to the fashion and photographic modelling, dance and theatrical industries.
These websites have only one restriction. Models, photographers and make-up artistes, etc, listed on these websites must either be EU citizens, or must be citizens of other European countries with the legal right to work in the EU. Agencies must have a permanent visitable business address and telephone number in an EU member state.
