(Working all the time)
In that case it would be: Alle bare arbeider og arbeider!
Vakker is more like beautiful, so you might use skjønn (lovely) instead - which has the additional meaning "with a lovely personality"

skjønn is almost to poetical, I hardly ever heard it in real life. The usual word is vakker, as you said.

By the way you write æ. ø and å by pressing alt+ the numbers 0230 -0248-0229 repectively and if you need it in capital letters you must detract 32 from each number.
About syns - you are right!

I used danish in Norway all the time (finished my studies there) and I've heard half of the population of Oslo correcting me on synes/syns.

Alt+something doesnt work on my laptop.

Ok, but it works on laptops too, just a bit more difficult, you have to press the FN key and then the F11 or whichever lights up, and then use the alt+ the numbers on the side of the keys - usually M bears the zero.
Remember to press FN +F11 when you have finished or the keys will not work normally otherwise.

Oh! And about these Norwegian signs like "Ø" and "Å"
I have no problem while using them on my keyboard, it seems to be easier when you have an Apple computer! But, what are they used for? Do they have a different pronunciation? They also look very good when I adorn my texts! Ha!

If you want to tell her that she is beautiful you should use "vakker" if you want to tell her that she is a wonderful person you should use "skjønn".

The ø in Bjørn is like the u in burn (the name means bear)
The å in Kåre is like the o in chord (the name means curly)
"at kåre" means to proclaim (as f.x. king)
æ - ø and å are letters in the alphabet like any other letter.
If you are stuck with an old american typewriter you might use ae for æ and oe for ø and aa for å.
But æ is also an English letter, the old correct way of writing encyclopedia in English is encyclopædia.
