Pau , the town where I am living is twinned with Swansea/Abertawe (Wales/Cymru).
I would like to have an exchange with a welsh speaking person to learn a little bit of Welsh/Cymraeg and give, in exchange, some sentences in gascon language (our local romance dialect besides French).

Not very difficult if you've got some notions of both Spanish and French.
