Traduction résumé rapport de stage en anglais

Bonjour à tous, je dois effectuer un résumé de mon rapport de stage en anglais, j'ai fait déjà une première traduction mais je sais pas si c'est bon n'étant pas un expert de la langue de Shakespeare : Pouvez-vous m'aider s'ilvous plait ? Merci d'avance.

ANALYSE DES BESOINS DU SERVICE LOGISTIQUE AFIN DE SATISFAIRE AU MIEUX LES CLIENTS

J’ai réalisé mon stage de première année de Master au sein de l’entreprise Ziegler situé au CIT de Roncq.
Avec plus de 4280 collaborateurs, 200 points d’implantation, 900000 m² d’entrepôts et un chiffre de facturation de 1520 milliards d’Euros (2007), le Groupe Ziegler compte parmi les leaders européens dans les métiers de l’organisation du transport multimodal (transport routier, aérien, maritime) et de la logistique.
La mission de base qui m’a été confié consistait en une analyse du fonctionnement du service logistique pour déceler d’éventuels améliorations à apporter pour satisfaire au mieux le client. Si ma mission a largement différé de son objectif de base, puisqu’aucune analyse réelle de l’organisation n’a été faîte, j’ai néanmoins pu participer activement au travail quotidien de l’assistant logistique en l’épaulant (voire même en le remplaçant pendant deux semaines). Cette expérience a été plus qu’enrichissante car elle m’a permis de plonger au cœur d’un service logistique, d’y comprendre son fonctionnement en détail et d’y travailler à presque tous les postes (préparateur de commandes, assistant logistique…) ce qui est encore la meilleure façon d’apprendre.
Durant toute la durée de mon stage, j’ai eu aussi l’opportunité de participer à des travaux complémentaires (en plus de mon travail quotidien au sein du service logistique) dont Ziegler a pu se servir pour améliorer quelques points du service logistique. Certains étaient de ma propre initiative (tableau de suivi journalier de l’activité Paperflow), d’autres non (suivi appel Paperflow, tableau des commandes défaillantes, chronométrage de la messagerie, inventaire…) mais tous auront pu aider l’entreprise d’une façon ou d’une autre.

ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS OF the LOGISTIC SERVICE TO SATISFY BEST THE CUSTOMERS

I did the training period which is part of first year of Master within the company Ziegler situated in the CIT of Roncq.
With more than 4280 co-workers, 200 points of setting-up, 900000 m ² of warehouses and a figure of 1520 billion euro (2007) invoicing, the Group Ziegler counts among the European leaders in the professions by the organization of the multimodal transport (road, air, maritime transport) and by the logistics.
The basic mission which was confided to me consisted of an analysis of the functioning of the logistic service to reveal of possible improvements to be brought to satisfy best the customer. If my mission widely differed from its basic objective, because no real analysis of the organization was summit, I was nevertheless able to participate actively in the daily work of the logistic assistant by supporting him (even in the replacement during two weeks).
This experience was more than enriching because she allowed me to plunge in the heart of a logistic service, to understand her functioning there in detail and to work on it on almost all the posts (assistant of orders, assistant logistic…) what is still the best way to learn.
During all the duration of my training course, I also had the opportunity to participate in additional works (besides my daily work within the logistic service) which Ziegler was able to use to improve some points of the logistic service.
Some were of my own initiative (board of daily follow-up of the activity Paperflow), the others not (follow-up call Paperflow, board of the failing orders, the timing of the messaging, the inventory) but all will have been able to help the company one way or another.
