foriegn languages in dreams--please help me

hi, my name is melissa. My dad recentlyhad a dream about my great uncle who died in 1992. I miss him a lot. My dad works in the computer business and is afraid he may lose his job. Things are tough. HIs dream was about my great uncle in an old-fashioned Irish-looking golf outfit (with the little pouf on his hat and stuff, if you sort of know what i mean). Now my unlce seemed really happy and kept saying "Simulac olegare." I've been taking Latin for 4 years (since 7th grade) and i know that "simulac" means "as soon as" but i have no idea at all what my unlce meant by "olegare." My family and i thought maybe it has something to do with my dad's job. As readers of Harry Potter, the verb seemed familar to myself and my mom, but we just cant find anything. Please help me. I really want to know what my uncle is trying to tell my dad. If anyone knows, please post your response here. Thankyou so much and you'll never know how much I appreciate it. Thank you.

Or what your dreaming mind wants to tell your dad through your uncle, using your Latin knowledge... Anyway, using the Lewis-Short dictionary online among verbs in -lego it might be

allego =
I. A. To send one away with a commission or charge, to despatch, depute, commission (of private business)
B. (Sometimes:) to instigate or incite one to (an act of fraud or deceit)
II. To bring forward, to relate, recount, mention, adduce (post-Aug.)

and allegare, if it is not the infinitive, can be the present passive = -ris (2nd person singular)

Now what you need for it to make sense is the context, which is in your mind and nobody can know better than you...
