Hi dear friends,
here is a document that I need to send immediately. I have someserious doubts about some terms I have used. (juridicial person for example)...
suggestions and corrections are welcome. I need this work as soon as possible.

Contract with the translator of Erasmus’ von Rotterdam Stulticiae Laus from the original version in latin, into Albanian.

Publishing contract between:

The publishing house INFBOTUES, founded on the 20.03.1992 and recognized as juridicial person through the sentence nr. Xxxx, by the Court on 21.12 and represented by Mister......, residing in rome, street.....

and:

The translator M. Fx y.

1. The publishing house Inf is committed to publish and to disperse the book “Stulticiae Laus”, (praise of Folly) by Erasmus von Rotterdam, translated from the original version in latin, and provided with a preface by the translated and different notes.
2. The publisher assures that he will publish 2000 copies of the work.
3. The reward offered to the trasnlater will be 10 euros for every page (every page,containing 2100 words, including spaces). The book translated into Albanian consist of 171 (one hundred and seventyone) pages and every single page contains 32 lines and every line contains 70 letters and punctuation signs.

4. To the translator will be given 5 copies for free and 20 (twenty) copies half-priced, obviously referring to the sale price applied to the bookshops.
5. During the three years of the contract in force, the publisher and the translator will protect the edition of the book, according to the law, and will oppose to every sort of illegal action, like pirate editions, that might put in danger the interests of both the publisher and the translator.
6. The copyright will remain to the translator. He will be entitled to apply all the rights that the law assures him with regard to the copyright.

The contract, including 6 paragraphs, has been compiled and printed in 2 copies on the 20th of
November 2003 and after being read by both parts, has been approved and signed by them.
