It sounds more like Hindi than Urdu, but I'm not able to translate.

The language is hindi written in a poetic style and thus there is no exact translation:

A girlfriend, I have none, so I thought I might make you my valentine.
OR
A girlfriend, I have none, so I thought I might give you the title of valentine.

Of the two, I prefer the former.
