You can download all the xxx-spanish / spanish-xxx dictionaries at http://www.freelang.net/espanol/diccionario/ (but there's not Dutch-Spanish dictionary at Freelang)

Por qué no, pero Freelang se basa en los benévolos: si nadie lo hace, no habrá diccionario...
