Someone must make a correction
Risanamento is good but it depends of the context. If it's about
health, I think that
guarigione is the best word.

治癒 (chiyu)
And for
complete heal ing :
全癒 (zen'yu) or

yes you're right risanamento is not for health usually... for this meaning it's better to use guarigione
