Word for Great-Aunt in Spanish

Does anyone know the word in Spanish for Great-Aunt? My son is doing a family tree and can't find the word anywhere. thanks.

Maybe "gran-tía" would be good. I'm not sure though and you'd better wait for some further advice.

The word es: Tía abuela

This mean "gran tía" or "tía -abuela" o "tía mayor" which says that she is not the sister of his mother or father...
