Here are the translations :

ghost = 鬼魂 (gui3 hun2)
dragon = 龙 (long2) [龍 in traditional Chinese]
true form = 形真 (xing2 zhen1)
way of the samurai = 侍的道 ( shi4 de5 dao4)

NB: samurai is a Japanese name, but it is written with the Chinese character 侍, so I kept it for the translation.
