Nous sommes heureux de votre réponse, car nous sommes très sensibles à vos actions. Suite à votre mail, je me permets de vous présenter tout d'abord notre association. Cyber-Nature est une association loi 1901 dont le principal but est la promotion du multimédia au service de la protection de la nature et de la faune sauvage. Cette association est née de la passion des membres de l'équipe pour les grands prédateurs ; nous avons souhaité placer nos compétences professionnelles dans le domaine du multimédia au service de cette cause. La fondatrice est d'ailleurs passionnée par les Ours depuis de nombreuses années et elle est également l'auteur du CD-Rom sur les Ours que nous allons éditer à la fin du mois de janvier, et dont les bénéfices seront entièrement utilisés pour financer des actions de protection de l'Ours.

Further to your e-mail, I would like to introduce you our association. ‘Cyber Nature’ is an association under state supervision by law 1901 ; its main goal is to promote multimedia for the protection of the nature and wildlife. This association was created thanks to the passion of its members working to protect great predators ; thus we wanted to use our professionnal kills in the field of multimedia to serve this cause. Besides the founder has a passion for bears for many years ; she also created a CD-ROM on bears that we will publish at the end of January. The benefits of this CD-ROM will be totally used to finance actions for the protection of bears.
Nos bureaux, (et le siège social), sont situés à Roquestéron, au coeur de la vallée de l'Estéron dans les Alpes Maritimes (France). Depuis plus de quatre ans nous proposons nos compétences, dans le domaine du multimédia et de l'informatique en général, à tarifs associatifs. Nous utilisons les bénéfices de nos activités (services, boutique..) pour financer des actions de sensibilisation et de protection de la faune sauvage, plus particulièrement des grands prédateurs.
Our office, (and the head office), are located in Roquestéron, in the heart of the Estéron valley, in the Alpes Maritimes (France). For more than four years, we have been offering our skills in the field of multimedia and general informatics, at association fares. We use the benefits of our activities (services, shop...) to finance campaigns to heighten public awareness of wild animals and to protect them, especially the great predators.
Pour exemple cette année nous avons, entre autres, étudié et réalisé gratuitement un site web pour l'association ARTUS, qui devrait remplacer leur site actuel par un espace plus convivial et plus pratique ; nous avons réalisé un site pour une école de la vallée (visible à : http://ecole.pierrefeu.free.fr ) en collaboration avec les enfants, puis organisé dans la même école une journée de sensibilisation aux grands prédateurs et à l'Ours en particulier, etc...
For instance, this year, among others, we studied and built up a web site for ARTUS association, who should replace their current site by a more friendly and practical environment; we built up a web site for a school of the valley (http://ecole.pierrefeu.free.fr) together with the children, and then we arranged in the same school a day for the awareness of great predators, especially the bear...
Nous offrons notre concours à diverses associations ou particuliers pour leurs actions dans le domaine de la protection de la nature : -Proposition de partenariat avec le GLF (Groupe Loup France) -Etude d'aide à la mise en forme et à l'édition d'un recueil d'articles, depuis 1993, sur le retour des loups en france. -Partenariat avec Mr Christophe Coret, (www.ursides.com) qui est très actif pour la protection de l'Ours en France.
-Création de dessins d'ours pour l'impression de t-shirt, etc....
Nous espérons pouvoir encore développer nos actions bénévoles dans les prochaines années.

- collaboration with the GLF (Groupe Loup France, i.e. French Wolf Group)
- since 1993, publication of a compendium of articles dealing with the reestablishment of wolves in France
- collaboration with Mr Christophe Coret (www.ursides.com), who plays an active part in the protection of bears in France
- creation of bear patterns for t-shirts, etc.
We are hoping to develop our voluntary actions even more during the coming years.
Notre projet en cours le plus important est la réalisation d'un CD-Rom sur les Ours en Europe, dans lequel nous abordons bien entendu essentiellement l'Ours brun mais où une présentation de toutes les espèces d'Ours est proposée.
Un autre chapitre est d'ailleurs consacré au calvaire des Ours dans le monde ; si vous le souhaitez nous pouvons inclure des informations sur votre association et vos actions dans ce chapitre, il suffit pour cela de nous indiquer (assez rapidement) les informations que vous souhaiteriez y voir et nous fournir quelques illustrations. Quelques photos d'ours prisonniers dans les cages des fermes à Ours en Chine seraient adaptées, ainsi que quelques photos de vos actions.

Egalement dans le cadre de notre proposition de partenariat, nous pouvons dans un premier temps traduire votre site en français (gratuitement) et le référencer.
Nous nous efforcerons ensuite de communiquer de manière à mieux faire connaître vos actions grâce à des listes de diffusion, forum, concours. Par la suite si le besoin s'en fait sentir nous pourrions servir de relais pour la récolte de dons en votre faveur mais il faudra néanmoins pour cela, trouver une manière transparente de procéder. D'autre part, si vous avez d'autres idées de moyens par lesquels nous pourrions vous être utiles, nous sommes ouverts à toute proposition.
