:-? There is about 70 000 words in my latin dictionnary. Even by bordering to the words related to the medicine, it could be extensive.

Some of them :

medicus : doctor, physician (or "who cures")
medicina : medecine
medico, medicare : I cure, to cure
sano, sanare : I recover, to recover

valetudinarium : hospital (approx.)

pharmacopola : pharmacist (greek word, but used by the Romans)

The only roman physician I know was named Aulus Celsus.

But if you give us more ideas, we could perhaps help you a little bit more.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your suggestions , The names you have suggested are very good but most of them are already in use, This really shows that you have thought in the right direction . The big names like valetudinarium and pharmacopola although are good but are difficult to pronounce as well . My idea about the name is it should be easy to pronounce and easy to recollect and at the same time convey a lot of meaning regards to the feild of medecine . It is not neccesary that the name should be only one word it can be two words also for e.g "Salva Vita" . Please be imaginative and i hope the level of knowlegde you have you will surely come up with something reallt extra-ordinary.

Thanks for your time and waiting to benefit from the fountain of your knowledge.

Best Regards

Ilyas

:-? Sorry, I was very busy...

"Salva vita" est grammaticaly correct.

"valeo" = I am healthy ; vigere = to be healthy
(...vales (you), valet (he), valemus, valetis, valent).

"validus" = healthy

"vigeo" = I am forceful, vigere = to be forceful
(... viges, viget, vigemus, vigetus, vigent).

vis = strength, force
vires = strengthes, forces

I should confess that I am not very imaginative... I someone should have an idea (in french or in english)... I will see what it shall be in latin.

I go on thinking about...
