[Project] Freelang recordings

Post by kokoyaya »

English version of viewtopic.php?t=2796

We created a Freelang.com section for this a while ago:
http://www.freelang.net/dictionary/sound.

It's very easy to record words (although rather long). If you understand
French, try the tutorial on http://www.freelang.com/dictionnaire/son/
If not, here is how to do:
- open the Hungarian-English dictionary (in this order, not
English-Hungarian),
- File>Record words,
- Clic the Record button, wait about half a second, pronounce the word
in the microphone, wait about half a second and click again this button,
- one word has just been recorded (you can find it at c:\program
files\dictionary\sound\Hungarian\ or listen it but right clicking the
word in Search mode and selecting Listen).

Before recording large amounts of words that could not be very hearable, you can send us a dozen words so we can see if they are
good enough to be processed (in order to have a better sound and smaller
files).

Don't hesitate if you have other questions.
