Help needed translating a few English phrases to French!

If anyone knows how to translate the following words/phrases, it would be greatly appreciated! This is for my translation assignment due on Friday, and I am still unable to figure them out.

1. "You are instinctively a musician and a dancer" (apparently there is a French idiom denoting natural ability, etc.)

2. The word "feeling" in the following sentence: "Feeling that there was no reply to this compliment other than to smile sweetly, I glanced at the interpreter and bowed politely."

3. The words "wrung out" in the following sentence: "a sharp cry of pain was wrung out of her" ("wrung out" should be translated using a reflexive verb.)

4. The words "stood out" in the following sentence: "Her face had turned a milky yellow colour against which her mouth stood out redder than ever."

La douleur lui arracha un cri aigu

Son visage avait viré au jaune laiteux, ce qui faisait encore plus ressortir ses lèvres rouges / le rouge de ses lèvres.

My suggestion for number one is "Vous êtes doué pour...".
Someone with a greater knowledge of the language might be able to back me up or shoot me down on this one.

"Sentant" or "Réalisant" ? Not "ressentant" in any case.

If you want to insist on "natural ability" aspect... I propose:

"Vous êtes fait pour être musicien et danseur"

or

"Vous avez un don inné pour la musique et la dance"

In French, these sentences make the emphase on "natural skill" (a competence that the person had already when he was born).
