You mean the lacking context?
I'm calling in for a phone interview so I want to say: "Hi, I'm calling about the phone interview..."
So, Shalom, ani metalphen bekesher la .... ?

Hi,
I'm wondering why you chose the word Sicha as opposed to Reayon. You'd probably know better than me as to which one is used when, but can you please clarify?

Well, in fact the two words are OK, but the meaning is a bit different.
שִׂיחָה as more the verbal aspect (interview as a conversation).
רֵאָיוֹן as the "visual" aspect (the root is
רָאָה , "to see").
It's up to you !
